The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Johnny Dixon, the Round 7 slot, roughly 36 picks past where he belonged. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Adding Derek Stingley Jr. by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
