You could see the war room lean forward. Kamari Ramsey at the Round 3 slot is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Every board in the league had Jones lower, and that gap is the story.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The veteran additions, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
