This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Jake Golday, the No. 64 name on the board, stolen at pick No. 130. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Reaching for Curry left real value on the table behind him. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The veteran additions, Bucky Irving chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Good work on the whole, with running back the one box left unchecked.
