Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Power Echols at No. 137 is 224 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Warren at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

The Cardinals paired the rookies with proven help, Puka Nacua leading the way. They went 8 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
