A masterclass at the trade table lands the Cardinals a A-. The Cardinals clearly saw something nobody else did in Eugene Asante, taking him 39 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The Muhammad III value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.
They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The Smith pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, tight end and other spots.
Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
