Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Cardinals never addressed quarterback, and it is the kind of gap that lingers.

The Colson value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
