For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Cardinals walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

The Odell Beckham Jr. deal gives the class an established piece to lean on. It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.
