The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Giants spent their marquee pick on Cam Ward, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

The Dellinger reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

The Porter value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
