Quarterback settled, Ward in the fold, and a D+ for the Titans. The Titans did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Wyatt Milum fell into Round 7, Pick 38.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Cam Ward gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits.
