The Commanders answered their biggest question with Williams. Grade: B+.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Commanders committed. Caleb Williams is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Jones has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Landing Isaac that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
