Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Will Howard got past him. The Cardinals do not have to explain a thing at the Round 5 slot. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

If Phillips pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.
