After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Buccaneers committed. Shedeur Sanders is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

On value alone, Howard makes the weekend a net positive. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The McLaughlin pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
