The Patriots lost the trade table, and the C- tells the story. The Patriots clearly saw something nobody else did in Jalen Travis, taking him 81 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.
The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. They banked enough surplus on Reid to cover a lot of smaller sins.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. They will answer for taking cornerback early while edge rusher, safety and other spots went begging.
