The Bengals won the night they stopped Mondon Jr. from sliding. Grade: D.

The phones were a trap the Bengals kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal.

Mondon Jr. falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Adding Justin Strnad by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
