You build a draft on nights like this. Harold Perkins Jr. had no business being available in the Round 4 slot, and the Bills did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Siereveld has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through safety. Job largely done: linebacker settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.
