There is a lot to like until you notice wide receiver is still a hole. The Colts never got to the one that mattered most. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The cost of the Steele reach is exactly the players who went right after him. On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with running back the one that mattered most. The back end got a real overhaul.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
