A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a B-.

The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The Bortolini pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Getting Rosengarten where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
