The Buccaneers got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the B-.

Nobody else had Phillip Webb anywhere near pick No. 200. The Buccaneers did, by 90 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Loveland. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
