Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Buccaneers spent the Round 6 slot on Tony Grimes, a name the board had a full 26 spots lower. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Perkins pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
