The Buccaneers did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Buccaneers reached some 94 spots for Patrick Payton, and value like that does not grow back. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. Brailsford at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
