The Buccaneers bled value on every deal, hence the C-.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Buccaneers reached some 37 spots for Sam Hartman, and value like that does not grow back. Call it a C- and check back in two years.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. However the rest shakes out, Coleman at that price is a win they earned.

In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
