For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Simon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman, offensive lineman and other spots.

They banked enough surplus on White III to cover a lot of smaller sins.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
