No fireworks, just a tidy B+ for the Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers torched the value chart for Dante Dowdell, taking him 29 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped offensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. However the rest shakes out, Davis at that price is a win they earned. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

Good work on the whole, with offensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
