The board owed the Buccaneers one, and it paid up: Zachariah Branch, the No. 112 name on the board, sitting there at pick No. 172 like a gift left on the doorstep. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
