Somebody in pick 224 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Cardinals sat still while Taylen Green, the No. 188 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. They will need Benny to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
