Call it larceny. Quinshon Judkins sat on the board until the Round 6 slot, and the Browns did not need to be asked twice. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The Noel pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
