Reheheheheh DRAFTING FOR THEVikings
Draft Grade — Vikings

A mixed bag for the Vikings, and a C to match. The rest of the league had time to spare on Tyler Loop; the Vikings did not wait, grabbing him 187 spots ahead at the 139th overall pick.
That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Getting Mukuba where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
So much rides on Josaiah Stewart that the real verdict is a season or two away.
Pick Analysis
Pick24
Rnd1
Josaiah Stewart
In No. 24 they get juice off the edge, though the board says they badly overpaid. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick97
Rnd3
Andrew Mukuba
Andrew Mukuba slid further than he should have, and slot 97 is lovely value for the safety. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick139
Rnd5
Tyler Loop
A swing that ignored the value entirely, Tyler Loop well ahead of where he belonged. They doubled down on a strength rather than a need.
Pick187
Rnd6
Gino Garcia
Gino Garcia at pick 187 is a steep price for a hunch, hard to square with any board. Pure best-available; the position was not exactly begging.
