The Browns got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D. There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Browns started one anyway for Cashius Howell, 57 picks ahead of schedule. It grades a D, and the process earned it.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Ransom at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
