The Browns answered their biggest question with Ward. Grade: D.

The Collin Oliver selection is the head-turner. The Browns reached 76 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Too much went sideways, and the D is the honest tally.

So much rides on Cam Ward that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

On value alone, Cornelius makes the weekend a net positive. Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
