If Foster pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

On value alone, Cooper Jr. makes the weekend a net positive. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.
