The Browns let Mims fall and pounced. Final grade: D+. The trade table was where it all came apart. The Browns shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. The process wobbled, and the D+ is where it lands.
That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.
The Browns paired the rookies with proven help, Jordan Love leading the way.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
