Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Broncos spent No. 191 on Justin Walley, a name the board had a full 129 spots lower. It lands right in the middle: a C+, no more, no less.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with linebacker, tight end and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. That linebacker hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Ransom falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
