You build a draft on nights like this. Andru Phillips had no business being available in the Round 7 slot, and the Browns did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

Every board in the league had Taylor III lower, and that gap is the story. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
