A franchise passer in Moore headlines a B weekend for the Browns.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Browns spent their marquee pick on Dante Moore, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

On value alone, Cooper Jr. makes the weekend a net positive. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
