Larceny in the Round 5 slot lands the Browns a B, Mondon Jr. and all.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Browns were there to profit. Smael Mondon Jr., the No. 98 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 5, Pick 30. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

The cost of the Ewers reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
