The steal of the weekend belongs to the Browns and Skattebo: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Browns were there to profit. Cam Skattebo, the No. 105 name on the board, should have been long gone before No. 181. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Reaching for Carroll left real value on the table behind him. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. They went 7 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
