Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Eli Stowers got past him. The Browns do not have to explain a thing at Round 3, Pick 20. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.
