The Browns spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Quinshon Judkins, the No. 84 name on the board, in the 203rd overall pick.

They will need Howard to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.
