Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Broncos never addressed edge rusher, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

If Halton pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. That is a tight end worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
