The Broncos' one glaring miss is linebacker, a need they left exactly as they found it. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They banked enough surplus on Spann-Ford to cover a lot of smaller sins. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
