The Broncos did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

It is the swing that defines the weekend: Trey Wedig in No. 196, a good 87 spots before the room expected him. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want. The Williams pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
