Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Broncos were there to profit. Cam Skattebo, the No. 113 name on the board, should have been long gone before slot 190.

The Sanders reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They left with linebacker solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

They trusted the board more than the depth chart.
