Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Nicholas Singleton got past him. The Broncos do not have to explain a thing at No. 195. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. Every board in the league had Jackson lower, and that gap is the story. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
