The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Broncos spent their marquee pick on J.J. McCarthy, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Milton. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker. The cost of the McCarthy reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
