Grand theft in the 194th overall pick: the Browns steal Allen and grade out a D-. The Browns torched the value chart for Cody Simon, taking him 32 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Getting Allen where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
