The Steelers lost the trade table, and the C tells the story.

The phones were a trap the Steelers kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C in the wash.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They banked enough surplus on Pride Jr. to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
