The Jaguars did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B. For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Jaguars walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
They banked enough surplus on Hall to cover a lot of smaller sins. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
They chose more darts over a bigger single swing. The phones were busy but the ledger stayed level.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
