The Bengals won the night they stopped Walker from sliding. Grade: D.

Somebody took the Bengals to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. The Walker pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
