Grand theft in No. 53: the Buccaneers steal Starks and grade out a D+.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Buccaneers, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. Too much went sideways, and the D+ is the honest tally.

Reaching for Bryant left real value on the table behind him. The offensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. However the rest shakes out, Starks at that price is a win they earned.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
