The trade table was a mismatch, and the Bears were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Harris. A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want.

The McKinstry pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with running back, cornerback and other spots still on the board. The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Trust the process, because this time the process plainly worked.
